Welcome to Paula Payne Art, where detailed, hand-carved lino print wall art meets the quiet beauty of the British woodland. I’m Paula Eloise Payne, a trained fine artist and former secondary school art teacher based in Stockport, United Kingdom. I create meaningful artwork rooted in my love for natural landscapes, especially the wooded trails and wild spaces that have always offered me inspiration and peace.
Each design in my shop is born from places I’ve walked and observed, where sunlight filters through the trees and shadows dance on the forest floor. I hand carve each lino block with care and precision, layering marks and textures to echo the intricate surfaces found in bark, leaves, and undergrowth. The result is a collection of nature-inspired lino prints and marquetry wall art that evoke depth, atmosphere, and emotion. My work reflects not only what I see but what I feel—a personal response to the outdoors that I aim to share through every print.
At ArboretumPrintCo, I use a range of materials that allow me to explore different visual effects and textural qualities. I print on high-quality printmaking papers, handmade papers, plywood, and unique wooden veneers that I often prepare myself. I especially enjoy working with woods such as ash and oak burr, which breathe a natural richness into the final piece. Each surface offers its own character, and I carefully select the one that will best complement the composition. The result is organic wall decor that feels both timeless and tactile.
I’m happy to create bespoke work tailored to your space or preferences. Colours can be adjusted, surfaces changed, and ideas collaborated on. Whether you’re looking for woodland art prints, marquetry designs, or a custom piece of nature wall decor, I welcome your ideas and will do my best to bring your vision to life. All artwork is dispatched from the UK with free delivery, and I accept returns and exchanges within 30 days to ensure your satisfaction.
Thank you for visiting ArboretumPrintCo. I appreciate every view, message, and order. It means the world to me as an independent artist to share my creative journey and bring a piece of the woodland into your home.
Warmest regards,
Paula Payne Art
